John Dirugeris has been involved in sim racing and has had a love for racing ever since he could remember. Growing up playing racing games and watching NASCAR on TV, his passion for the sport and motorsports as a whole has grown over the years. As a 3rd generation Jeff Gordon fan, he has learned the ins and outs of the sport. He is a content creator in the motorsports space that goes by The Motorsports Enthusiast, which he covers all types of motorsports. John lives in Nashville, TN which has proven to be home to some great racing; the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, the Music City Grand Prix, and the NASCAR races at Nashville Superspeedway. He enjoys a good coffee as well.

Michael Carpenter lives in the back door of Bristol Motor Speedway in north East Tennessee. His first race was at BMS in 1999 when Dale Sr. “rattled Terry Labonte’s cage”. He was hooked on the sport from that moment on. Like so many others, Michael got hooked on iRacing during the pandemic. Not long after starting iRacing Michael met a great group of guys league racing which led to IWM. He wants to continue seeing IWM grow so one day he can race against his son Easton.

Rick Sousa has been surrounded by auto racing for as long as he could remember. Growing up in New England, short tracks and modifieds were a stone's throw away at Seekonk Speedway and other venues.  With family working in NASCAR, Rick continued to be involved as a fan and as a fanatic when work took him to Charlotte, NC.  During COVID the sim-racing bug bit hard and Rick found himself surrounded by new friends with the same passion for racing - both on the track and on the screen. Over the years since moving to North Carolina, Rick has been fortunate to have met and spent some time with some of NASCAR's greats while enjoying life in the Queen City.
